Introduction

S2NANO Data Repository is composed of Curated Dataset and Data Analysis.

Curated Dataset consists of Core Database and Extended Database. Core Database was generated from experimental evaluations of 46 commercial or synthesized nanomaterials based on the measurement and analysis protocols presented in S2NANO portal, including PChem properties and in vitro cytotoxicity. In case of Extended Database, this includes data collected from literature mining. To construct the Extended Database, an extensive literature search was conducted using various databases, such as Google Scholar, PubMed, and Web of Science, with keywords, such as "cytotoxicity", "metal", "oxides", and "NPs." As a result of this data collection procedure, S2NANO contains 33,393 rows of raw data from literature mining and protocol-based experiments.

Data Analysis shows PChem Analysis and Toxicity Analysis results for selected products.
